Post My Resume? Search a Resume Database?

Resume Databases:

• The software is easy to build, or it can be purchased

• We can also purchase resumes of people who have indicated interest in our region to pre-populate our database

• Then we can charge employers to access our new resume database. It's FREE MONEY!

Employers: Why do we choose to not provide a resume database?

1. Quality: there is no quality control; anyone can post anything; contact info goes bad; etc.

2. Unique Content: there is no “value add” service if every employer is looking at the same resumes

Job Seekers: Why you should be careful before using a resume database:

1. Privacy: Do you really want your employer to know you’re looking for a new job?

2. Control: It's your life! Be proactive. Take some time, weigh your strengths and interests, & then contact the applicable employers.

Quality of Life always comes down to a balance between:
